Delivery took a reasonable amount of time, and the items arrived in good condition. I also appreciated the variety of styles available, as it makes it easy to find something that suits different preferences. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The return process was not as straightforward as expected, especially when dealing with multiple orders. It can sometimes be confusing, and clearer instructions would make the process easier for customers.
