Review: The quality of this dress is surprisingly good considering the price. There is a slip layer beneath the outside skirt and the two are sewn together for added security (no accidental flashing/looking utterly ridiculous with one layer down and the other stuck in your underwear!). The ribbon is also properly sealed at the ends so there’s no risk of it fraying.
