Review: obsessed with this skirt, I got put off ordering skirts off here as I'm always between sizes and they don't have elasticated waists so I had to try this out and it fits me perfectly! my waist is 38 inches, if your waist is 2 inches smaller than mine I'd be wary about getting a size 16 though, it's stretchy so can be worn by someone with a bigger waist too. it's not too short where it shows my ass when I move around but also short enough to show thigh.
