Review: Wonderful trench coat but arrived in “used” condition. Badly packed and sleeves were rolled up and when I unrolled them one of the sleeves has a sleeve belt missing and there was also a glue on the inside! Very upsetting. Especially because it’s already sold out. I cannot keep it without the part missing. You shouldn’t have sent me a damaged product SHEIN especially the high quality MOTF!!
