It is a stretchy material and a M fits perfectly, the strap on the side to tighten the side of the skirt to make it as high or low as you like it a really nice touch because you don’t have to have It as high as the model in the photo if you don’t feel that comfortable too so this skirt is suitable for anyone it is beautiful and it feels really nice. Highly recommend!
