Review: WARNING: ALWAYS check your items and take PHOTOS before returning. Without photos, Shein will ignore you. I returned all items in the same condition as I received them, yet my refund was reduced. The record says one bra from a set of 3 was the wrong size (L). I ordered size M, tried on only one bra, didn't like it, and sent back the whole set. I never opened or checked the other two. That makes it impossible for me to have swapped sizes: I only ordered one size. If a wrong size was returned, it was sent to me that way originally. Obviously, I couldn't return a size I never ordered. Yet customer service refuses to acknowledge this and keeps asking for photos. I'm being penalized for Shein's mistake. Be careful, everyone!
