Review: The top portion is ribbed and highly stretchable👍🏻👍🏻. The skirt portion is beautiful, fabric is soft and light and comfortable to wear. In fact there is so much material I think it would look very cute as a maternity dress as well. I’ve included close up pictures of the fabric. Although my pictures look like they are past my ankle due to photo angle, the skirt actually hits above my ankles. My measurements are accurate.
