Review: I really like this girls’ navy cardigan. It’s slightly oversized, which I don’t mind at all, and the fabric feels like a nice, soft knit. It may bobble over time, as I’ve found can happen with some of Shein’s knitwear, but I have a fabric shaver for that. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.
