Review: I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service at SHEIN. It took far too long to get a response, and when I finally did, it felt like I was just getting copy-and-paste replies rather than actual help. My issue wasn’t resolved, and I ended up having to chase them multiple times for a simple answer.The whole process felt impersonal and unnecessarily complicated. For a company this big, I expected quicker communication and more willingness to solve problems. Overall, the lack of clear support and slow responses made what should have been a simple situation far more stressful than it needed to be.
