Review: I had a car accident and my injury left my leg in a mess so I hoped this would help me stretch my muscles in the leg. While it should do the job, I do have nerve damage which makes it sensitive to use but on my other leg I had a practice and it works a treat. So fingers crossed I can get those muscles stretched out and strengthened on my injured leg🤞👍
