Review: As I expected the top underneath is not the most supportive if you have bigger size breasts. But it can work, i just wouldn't feel relaxed and be scared it might fall down. The Bathingsuit/one-piece on top is amazing. Fits perfect, sits well and is such a nice mix of a bathingsuit/one-piece and a bikini that even me with my ostomy bag feels quite secure in it. It is a top and a one-piece separate, as in they are not sewn together. You can use one or the other or both.
