Review: i have noticed such a change, i would get a smaller size then what you are to make your waist that slim look, its comfy, doesnt hurt one bit and im ordering a new one as im texting !

Review: The product is really good and met my expectations! The quality is nice, and it does what it’s supposed to do. It has multiple rows of hooks and adjustable levels for tightening, which is great. However, I would personally recommend choosing one size smaller, even with the adjustable hooks, for me, a smaller size would have given a more snug and shaping fit. Overall, it’s a good waist trainer and I’m happy with the purchase!
