Review: Beautiful blouse with the scarf, fits absolutely perfectly will be gorgeous with my skinny jeans or even my flares, looks just as good as the picture I am really pleased with it !!!!!!!!!!! Material is a kinda chiffon and looks see through but u could get away without a vest underneath because of the pattern. Another lovely top from shein!!!!!!!
