Review: Nice colour and fabric is great. It is long enough and is nicely fitting when on putting it on. I got 2 by mistake and am returning one and will keep the other

Review: Dear SHEIN Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. First, the fabric quality is not good and does not match my expectations or the description on your website. In addition, the package was not delivered to my home address. Today it was left at the bottom of the building, and my neighbor was the one who handed it to me. This situation is unsafe, as the package could have been taken without my knowledge. This reflects poor handling and service from the delivery company, and unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue, either through a suitable solution or compensation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Shaza
