Review: Item was broken no power and box was destroyed when delivered with a return sticker saying temu. It also had another man's name and address inside the box from amazon. Reported this issue numerous times yet no one ever got back to me and shein ignored me. Was unable to print a return ticket as shein stated item was too heavy to return for free. When offered to pay and needed a address shein would not provide a return label. I am stuck with a £65 None working item with no refund or return which is absolute disgraceful. After 3 weeks or more of constant contacting shein getting tickets after tickets from customer service not one of them resolved the problem. I will Not give shein any more custom again totally disappointed and also since my wife spends hundreds on this shein app you have lost her custom too.
