Review: The Naeemi zip-up hoodie I ordered in size S was extremely oversized and did not match the size at all. I contacted SHEIN customer service right after receiving it and sent all the photos and tag information they requested, but they still refused to exchange it, even though the item was listed as exchangeable when I bought it. The advisor ended the chat before I could even complete my return request. I am very disappointed, especially as a loyal customer who has shopped with SHEIN for years. This experience has made me lose trust in the store.
